This group helps women to move through the transitions of life with ease and grace.  Women will learn tools to help focus on the present and the future and what they want to create in their lives.

Transitions include divorce, end of a relationship, change of career, empty nest syndrome, relocating, adult children returning home after college, menopause, caring for aging parents, and any life transition.

Groups  meet Wednesday or Thursday nights at 11911 San Vicente Blvd  #280, Los Angeles, CA 90049.

Fee is $45.00 per session.
